Medical Courier Service in Loveland, Colorado

Specimen pickup and delivery for Loveland hospitals, labs, and clinics from a family-owned courier that calls Loveland home.

DC Express is based in Loveland. We have been running specimen routes along the Front Range for more than 25 years as a family-owned company, so when we talk about serving Loveland, we are talking about our own neighbors. The clinics, labs, and care teams here are not a stop on a route that starts somewhere else. They are the community we work in.

What Loveland clients get

Every new Loveland client gets a route built from scratch around their pickup windows, their specimen types, and the lab they send to. We do not fold you into an existing run and hope it fits. Where your specimens need temperature control, the route runs on a vehicle set up for it, and where they do not, we keep the route simple.

When you call dispatch about a pickup, someone answers right away and can tell you where your specimens are. Our tracking runs on our side, so there is no portal to log into. You call, and you get an answer.

Why it matters for Loveland facilities

A courier is only as reliable as the people behind the phone. Because DC Express is based here, Loveland clinics are working with a company that has a local stake in getting it right, one that has built its reputation across more than 200 clinics and 12 hospital systems in a corridor running from the Front Range through Wyoming and into western Nebraska.

If your pickup window has not changed since the day your clinic opened, or you are not sure who to call when a route runs late, it may be time for a second look. We are happy to start with your current schedule and tell you honestly what we would change.
